I've been diagnosed with social phobia and depression. My mental health has been getting worse in recent years, but I don't know whether that's directly proportional to the way my life is going. Without drugs I am somewhat suicidal and obsessive but I don't like taking the medications for their side effects... memory loss, sexual dysfunction etc. Is there a solution? And do you know many people good lives but poor mental health?

Everyone needs to speak out openly about this evil mind control technology. It's our only defense. I am from Canada and can tell you that Mind Control is rampant in this country. Most people are still completely oblivious of it.

This guy is a fucking idiot. He can't even form a sentence before he inserts 11 other broken sentences in between, and by the end of each linguistic fiasco you've forgot what he's been talking about. Take a public speaking course and get rid of your verbal ticks or else shut the fuck up. On top of all that, he can't find any of the information relevant to his so-called discussion. "I can't find the article but I'm sure it's there, I can't think of the name, you can check for yourself." FAIL.

Psychiatrists are to be avoided at all costs.
If you are depressed, it is because of circumstances in your life that must be addressed, not because you have a prozac deficiency. They don't make you feel better, they just make you easier to deal with-until you lose your mind and kill yourself/others. This is not an exaggeration.
I got some kind of brain damage from taking effexor and xanax. and i cant even take legal action. sucks.

I've been taking Prozac for months. It calms me down, and takes away my depression.
