Pretty basic and a good tip about Alexa. However, BidCommerce needs to fix the major issues they are having with their product instead of spending so much time on these video blogs. They want to have the best eCommerce system in the world, but they have a long way to go.

Good work and nice tips, only thing I wanted to point out is that bounce doesn't mean they never return to your site. A bounce is a single pageview and an exit in a visit session. So its possible some visitors bounce (say for example when comparison shopping between websites) but return later.
If you have E-commerce reporting enabled in Google Analytics you can view "Visits to purchase" report to confirm high bounce is poor.
