Umm actually Fox targeted kids. It was rated PG. Their target audience was 6-12 (children).
I enjoyed the film. Of course it could of been better, but I liked it.
The rights to Dragonball need to be held by a studio that will take it seriously and fully realize its potential as a trilogy.
Fox was trying to make the bucks by making a kids movie, but somewhere along the line they screwed up with either money or loss of faith in the project.

As much as i like dragonball, for me Nothing will beat transformers revenge of the fallen. But I'm sure it would definately make 3rd of my favorites, thats where DBE is for me now anyways.
