@hoffenheim08, Graf wasn't popular at all the way Evert and Seles was. Graf was considered aloof, selfish and she never helped promote her support by getting involved in WTA, Evert was president of WTA 5 plus times and said she couldn't just take and not give back. Graf didn't do anything other than for herself during her years on tour much like her father.

Graf is not a "saint"....

.....her family has been involved in one slimy scandal after another. If it isn't her used car salesman father sitting his 21 year old whore next to Heidi Graf in the players box, or Steffi and her father embezzling and laundering millions of Euros (10million) from the German Tax authority.......

To compare Steffi Graf to Nelson Mandela, Mother Teresa and Lady Diana is a JOKE.

Maybe the Mandela family (remember Nelson's wife?).

But most certainly not the Graf family.

What my point was is that even saints like Steffi are liked only by 95 % of the population, maximum. There is ALWAYS a certain percentage of disgruntled losers who hate successful, nice, beautiful and generally adorable persons. That's the way is it and no one can making anything about it.
