Recipe:
6 large frozen strawberries
1 packet stevia
1/2 lemon, juiced
5-6 fresh mint leaves
1/2 cup sparkling mineral water

Directions:
Add strawberries, stevia, lemon juice, and mint to food processor. Process until chunky but well combined. While running processor, slowly add mineral water until frozen sorbet consistency. If you want more of a slushy or smoothy consistency just add more mineral water.

P2 Variations:
* Try adding basil instead of mint.
* Haven't tried this yet, but how about throwing in a piece of chocolate delight and making it strawberry chocolate sorbet. Yum!

P3 Variations:
* Try adding jalapeños for a spicy kick
* Use lime juice instead of lemon juice

ENJOY!

  • Made this sorbet last night with raspberries. It was delicious!! I didn't have mint, but I will pick up some for next time. How easy is this recipe-- I especially like the bubbles, too :D

  • You are absolutely gorgeous. :) tell hubby 2 buy u a magic bullet. :)

  • @wisconsindieter Thanks, lady! Hope you liked it.

  • @winsetan You know, I've never tried it with liquid stevia. Just start with a small amount and add to it until it tastes right to you. As far as the nutritional content goes... it depends on how many strawberries you put in. The rest of the ingredients I don't count on P2. Hope that helps. :)

  • Hello! I would like to ask, can I replace the splenda with liquid stevia? If so, how do I go about doing it? And what is the nutritional content of your sorbet? Thanks!^^
