  • I will not buy krups product again. I returned 2 of these in 3 weeks due to water leaking from the bottom of machine. Coffee was very good but cannot have the thing leaking all over the counter top!!!!

  • This is usually caused by an overfilled drip tray . cleaning the drip tray frequently is a small price to pay in exchange for a great espresso!

  • I had issues with this machine too. Take good care of it, and it's not a bad machine. Had some issue with leaking, also the tempreture of the coffee bing not hot enough, and recently being cold.

Taken it in for repair twice now, the first time was only a small problem, the second time, the motherboard and the thermostat had broken.

Had the machine for almost 3-4 years, great machine at the time, but there are many better ones around now.

Also the auto-froth feature isn't too good!

  • I love a good mug first thing in the morning, got some good brand ideas from coffeeloverstipsandtricks (.) com

  • @TheThuop

maybe ur doing it wrong? rofl

  • great machine, great coffee, small footprint, good design, no problems, cheaper than similar machines, what's not to like?

  • I haven't had any drip issues. Bummer dude.

  • Unfortunately that was not the case. In the first one the leak was so bad that not one drop of water made it to cup and the grounds were discharged dry. The 2nd one was not as severe but easily dripped 3-4 tablespoons of water a day on the counter from the openings on the bottom. Whe I removed the rubber feet even more leaked out!!! The drip tray was not the issue. Thank you.

  • thank you...
