How to complete The Surgical or Mach 5 Challenge in Modern Warfare 3 (Easy Way)

UPDATE: This also works for Mach 5 if you use the PM-9 with rapid fire and a silencer.

Here is an easier than normal way to complete "The Surgical" Challenge in Modern Warfare 3.

What would you say is the best mode for finding Juggernauts? I can rarely find them and when I do the other team is swarming them.

@toiletscales I haven't found a way to do it with LMGs for the Dictator challenge... the problem is even with a silencer the clip size is too large and the gun deals too much damage, you'd have to empty about 1/3 the clip into him... wait for him to heal... and then repeat twice more... which isn't exactly easy considering scavenger doesn't replenish tactical grenades....

are you sure it work with that sit-up ( the match5 ) cause i have tried it and didn't work for me but the surgical did work i mean i could have missed a 1 shot maybe so are you 100% sure that the mach 5 challenge can be completed with the PM-9 with 2attachments (rapid fire+silencer)

@xXAdigaRulesXx , Yes I am 100% sure it works with Mach 5 with the PM-9, once they fix the in game upload feature I plan on uploading the video of it... Also I'm not sure but the challenge itself might be bugged, because when I did Mach 5 I didn't seem to miss either but I had to do the full clip of the pm-9, reload and then part of a second clip
