How to Moderate Posts and Comments

Your guide to Social Media Marketing.
Today we will learn..How to moderate a page on facebook..
So now your page has become popular and
you are getting lots of likes and comments..
Now you need to constantly monitor these on the Page
To begin with go to your administered page on facebook and scroll down to a comment on your page.
When you find a comment that needs to be moderated click on the cross icon and choose the first option.That is remove comment.
This should be used only when you want to remove only the comment and have no further action.
You can also ban a Fan but go for it only when you are absolutely sure that you dont want the fan on your page
For this..you need to move the cursor on the second option, Remove comment and Ban User.
It will be even better to issue a warning before banning..
Next, to mark the comment as spam move the cursor on the third option and select as spam.
Now the comment will be visible only to the admins of the page.
You can always go and unmark as spam
To do so, refresh the page..& go to the same comment.
The comment marked as spam earlier will be in dark background
Just click on the cross icon & select Unmark as spam
You can also choose fourth option when u want to report as abuse.
There are various options when you report abuse
Select the right option & report the comment.
This will help Facebook to improve its database.
If you intend to go for an advanced level of moderation or tagging the comment,choose option spam or scam
But the comments can be hate speeches, they can be violent in nature, they can, be sexually explicit and you obviously don't want such comments on your page.
in such a situation.
Choose amongst options 2,3 & 4
Moderation becomes important because if all the pages use these features,
Facebook naturally learns about the words that are not appropriate.
You can also permanently ban the user by selecting the fifth option,under the report abuse.
This will also ensure,all the previous posts are deleted too keep your page neat & clean & maintain a healthy enviroment by actively moderationg the page
