Well this actually does have a summary to it. Basically Ron is only thinking about all his mess ups and how Hermione was the all he wanted. He realizes this and sees he's done nothing but mess it up. He thinks about all the good times they've had and then what he did wrong. At the end Harry talks to him about the fact that he is distancing himself. Then he realizes that he doesn't just want her but that he needs her, and in the end they are together. Sorry if that;s confusing. I say just listen to the lyrics, and you'll get it.
