The NFC East is all set for what should be another tightly contested divisional race between four teams that don't at all like each other. Can the defending Super Bowl champion New York Giants get through the gauntlet in division and make another run at SB glory? Or will the Dallas Cowboys break through? Don't sleep on the Eagles either, who could be as good as anybody if Michael Vick stays healthy. And last but not least, a new era begins in Washington with Robert Griffin III at the controls. SB Nation breaks down the division and offers up predictions about how things will shake out.

Agree w/ this totally, even as a Redskins fan and seeing massive upgrades (man, I feel like I've been here before) at some positions, the schedule is just too hard for us to break or get to .500 unless some teams tank or RGIII goes bananas this year.

The NFC East reminds me of the SEC West. A whole bunch of teams beating the crap out of each other. One team beats another and the team that wins get playoff run/ BCS bowl (Roll motherfucking tide! Sorry. Too much shutdown fullback.).
It still comes down to health. The Eagles got banged around all year, got healthy and just miss the playoffs. The Giants went though the same thing, and won the superbowl. Redskins are still re-building and the Cowboys have no offensive line. Giants win it.
