Construction claims can ruin a project or even a business. Mark Nagata discusses the elements that make up a construction claim and what to expect when you end up writing or receiving one.

About the Instructor
Mark Nagata is currently a Director at Trauner Consulting Services, Inc., in Philadelphia. Mark provides construction scheduling and claim evaluation services to both contractors and owners. Mark also regularly conducts seminars throughout the country on a wide variety of topics that include Claims Avoidance and Resolution, Construction Scheduling, Specification Writing, and Alternative Contracting Methods. He also has published several articles on construction-related topics and is a contributing author to the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering International's (AACEI) Recommended Practice for Forensic Schedule Analysis.
