Congressional hearings into the Toyota recalls continue Wednesday when the head of the world's largest automaker testifies before U.S. lawmakers. Toyota president Akio Toyoda is expected to face tough questions amid allegations that the company knew of problems involving unintended acceleration but failed to act quickly to resolve them. An auto safety expert scheduled to testify on Wednesday says Toyota's problems should serve as a warning to the entire auto industry. VOA's Mil Arcega reports.
