  • FUCK ALL THE DISORDERS

  • hey my names amanda too and i also have s.a.d

  • The few friends I have kept over the years don't understand social anxiety. You seem to have an easy time making the videos. Making videos of my own helped me to get used to talking about the disorder. Stay strong. Peace.

  • talking and thinking about your problems causes them to expand and multiply. focus on what you WANT and the personality that you want to aqcuire. do everything you can to bombard your mind with positive, empowering information only. what we continually imagine or focus on, we become.

  • Girl, I agree with you so much! I have a youtube channel that is geared towards weight loss but I have has SAD for 8 years, even before I knew it had a name, and it has really helped me making videos and talking about it and sharing my story =) I completely understand what you are talking about girl! =)

  • You need Jesus!

  • @matthewdds81 Stop getting nervous!

Something that might help: try being more concerned about your general air rather than the specifics of whether or not you are appearing nervous, or what they may be thinking, etc. You are an anesthesiologist. They expect you to possibly want to put the child under. Just be who you are, yet remain professional and remember they are just people with every right to be concerned about their child's treatment. "What wound heals but by degrees" Just keep at it.

  • I am an Anesthesiologist and I suffer with Social Anxiety. The worst thing is when I have to talk to parents about putting their children to sleep and I get nervous and shaky... This just developed 6 months ago and I don't know what to do. You are not alone guys and gals. Effing nervousness just kills me...
