That one officer looking at his watch appeared to be James Mason....he was always good portraying Erwin Rommel. Any event, this looks like it was lifted from an old V-celluloid....the Glittering Ghetto, aka Hollyweird, churned out at least 400 Germanophobic propaganda films during the war....all part of Roosevelt's Room 14 Lie Factory, located predictably enough at Rockefeller Center.
