  • why did you guys give your ids you were not under arrest

  • @Jdshow0999 It is still a lawful request from what I understand...

  • Well, since you are aware of constitional issues to the degree you are, I'm sure you're Christian group adamently defends the rights of Gay Americans to marry, right?

  • @casadyrocks Sorry, but homo sex or marriage is not guaranteed by the constitution. In fact, until recently, both were crimes in most states...

  • I don't know exactly where you are, but in Illinois if you are on private property you need to follow the rules of wherever you are.

Aside from that, the cops in this video don't seem to know what they're talking about, but you are also being confrontational and that really isn't going to draw people to your organization.

  • First of all, we weren't on private property. Second of all, we aren't trying to "draw people to our organization."

  • its so good to see someone do this to UNCG police!!!!!

  • @FightTheJoker lets have a detailed explanation of how police can just arbitrarily stop a rape.

  • @gospelhymnguy unlawful assembly or illegal assembly? two totally different things...

unlawful is causing harm or killing someone, damage to property, and fraud in contracts, they were doing none of these. they would have to be in a group with bad intent to be an unlawful assembly.

and illegal well just like willy wonka...it doesnt exist...

  • I think you guys did a great job here. You were polite and non confrontational while standing up for your rights. I appreciate the the fact that you do not "mock" or "berate" the police for not knowing every detail of every law by memory as some street preachers do. You are respectful and up to date on case law. Remember, you may even plant a seed in a cop one day. I wasn't always saved!!

  • skellys3,please continue to educate the police on our freedoms.i can speak as a former officer that these issues are never covered in detail during training.constitutional law is taught in a way that mainly addresses search and seizure of physical items.
