Puppies chase a small child

Rescued German Shepherd puppies chase a small child. Taken on April 19, 2005.

The party was in honor of the puppies and the team of puppy raisers, right before the puppies went to their new homes.

This was ONE litter of puppies. Their mom had been abandoned while pregnant and was going to be euthanized by animal control; we rescued the mom and took care of the puppies for 12 weeks. They were spayed/neutered, microchipped and vaccinated before they went to new homes through German Shepherd Rescue of Northern California.

@ColtraneTaylor Because dogs can't talk. If your dog is lost or stolen, a microchip is his best ticket back to reunite with you. It can't come off, unlike a collar. If you don't want your dog back, don't get it microchipped.
