I first translated this back in 2005, I have not revised it since then. If anybody can find translation errors, please help me to correct them, I intend to eventually get back to re-editing and revising this translation. The following is a model of the methodology of translation that I used. Youtube does not allow certain characters (symbols) so I could not use all the symbols I intended to use, but this will suffice.
