  • Realmente increiblee,, Para el que sabe de carreras de resistencia, esos debieron ser los 3:26 minutos mas torturantes de su vida, y todos los años que le siguieron despues del record son los mas felices.

  • What an incredible effort

  • He prefer your mother son of bitch !

  • @01mt2901 probably cuz you know he's so skinny and weak that your wife could probably rape him

I didn't call you dumb I called the idea that pace setters ruin the running dumb. If someone can keep up with pace setters and still go on to finish the race and break the WC, would that be a terrible race? most world records are broken with the use of pace setters. by limiting the race and running a tactical one only you are basically giving up on making a good time, instead you are trying to outsmart your opponent (when you should sprint, when to hold back and so on)

  • @Damazigh I don't think it's dumb at all. Some runners are great at keeping the pace high troughout the race while some got a great finish. By buying pace makers you almost always take away the possibility for the great finishers to win races, I rather watch races when the athletes do the whole race by themselves, it's so much easier to run behind someone. But hten again, I rate the strategic beauty above pace setters but you shouldn't call me dumb because of that

  • @dabe89

this is dumb it's like you want a soccer player to score but not inside the box, you want a basketball player to shoot but only from 3s and so on. This is a race you take it anyway it is you don't ask for no pace setters or otherwise...

  • @01mt2901 i dont think he will accept the offer he is much bigger than that. Muslims dont screw people's wives no adultery or formication. he has his own wife he dont need urs and anybody elses. offer him your love and support instead. offering your wife is a low thing to say or do. by the way a bunch of his records are still unbeat to this day for over 21 years.

  • @GetUpAndTryAgain No it makes perfect sense. El Guerrouj was in his strongest years and he wanted this world record very much, so he dug deep and really went for it. I've been able to run my fastest last laps when I know that I'm on schedule to smash my personal bests.

As for the mile race... if perhaps you're talking about the Prefontaine classic in either 2001 or 2002, first it's a mile race (440yd > 400m); second, it's the early season, he hasn't peaked yet, and third... the incentive?

  • it was what?
