My parents kept me away from Hank while growing up. Probably after hearing a few Hank songs that got some airplay in the 60's. I think they were trying to steer me towards more pop music.

A saying of mine as a toddler was :"Where's Hank?"

When someone would make with a reply of not knowing where he was, I'd then say- "Hank's dead."

Used to shock many people that way, to hear a three year old say such a thing. An elderly couple at a supermarket was sorrow struck when I said it.

Here it is, one of the best voices ever, smooth, just like glass, so easy to listen to, Hank sure had a gift and I am so glad he shared it with us while he was here.

i think alot of people can identify with hank williams senior. ask yourselves this, have you ever wanted to play music, have you ever drank so much you get addicted(lol not really ) . AND HAS SOMEONE FUCKED YOU OVER AND NOT GIVEN YOU A SECOND CHANCE. HANK WILLIAMS SR. FOREVER
