I think I'm getting somewhere when I gibiru and find this caption before I click on the link: Story: Couples face off to break 46-hour kissing record ... Kissing today takes on many meanings, according to Chicago relationship ... embrace, reproducing a photograph that captured the moment in 1979 during the 30th ... I go to the link and nothing but a famous old movie beach scene showing a 1920's couple embracing. Almost like they had something but then someone removed it.

Okay so this is getting weirder. I find a website where there is an article saying the BC kissing couple event could have been staged. It references that it would not be the first time in history (as a link) that the couple had been shot. Later it goes to say that couple has been identified, like the article had been amended over time. Anyway I follow the link to that same picture in history and I get this 'Time' article but covering an entire unrelated picture. Does not make sense.

I'm not finding the fox picture/video but i remember somehow seeing the vintage picture somewhere other than your video. I have to look into this.
