Finally got all the junk out of the carbs. The pilot jet on #1 was plugged when I got it running after card rebuilding. Now it finally sounds like it should. Waiting for my plates to come in and then I can ride. Yay!

  • love those mags!!!

  • @trianglecopyguy Thanks man, I love 'em too.

  • How to explain the fact that my Honda CB 750 four has the same mufflers and the same wheels and shifters? I was convinced that my Honda is not orginal, but it could some special model? Does anyone know anything about this?

  • @SpiteFulShow You are correct that those items are not original. My uncle bought this bike new and added the mufflers and wheels. I'm not sure of the brand on the mufflers, but the wheels are Lester Mags. Front is a 19 and the rear is a 16. Watch for online auctions, they pop up once in awhile, but not cheap!

  • invest in a dyna s ignition system it is worth not haveing to adjust timing often and eliminates weak spark also get a rev limiter the 750 dont like to rev out and the valve springs that sat compressed for 20 some od years have lost stored energy and cant keep the valve closed at high rpm causing the valves to kiss the piston trust me it happend to me trying to find valves for a 78 k2 head is hard and not cheap engines like compression

  • Thanks thechozenyon. I'm not sure sure the audio capability of my cheap little video cam is all that good, but you do raise a good point. The bike sounds smoother and quieter to the ear. My other videos come out 'tickier' than they really sound in life too. I did the cam 'adjustment' procedure, but will now pull and check that tensioner. Thanks. The PO of the bike (my uncle) already put a Dyna S system on it so I'm good there. Thanks again, Andy

  • @SpiteFulShow maybe it was dealer package and they made a few of them? I wonder how close the serial numbers are on the two bikes.

  • That beast has a beautiful tone

  • I'd sure like to know about your exhaust pipes. I need those on my 750K. That bike sounds sooo good. Thanks, Frank.

  • @chargerdrew anybody know where to order those break running lights and break light assy. I have a 1975 k5 and want to install that set up on mine. Can you post a link.
