  • Good info here, great video.

  • @MrSermon7 glad you like it. You're doing good work against hyperpreterism. Don't be fooled by Sam Frost or his protege "kingnebster" (aka Jason Bradfield), Frost is STILL within the movement, otherwise he wouldn't keep saying hyperprets are his "brothers".

  • Hyperprets try to dispute that Max King claimed to be the "founder" of their movement, however on the back of a biography book, written by his son Tim King, it says; “King created a field of theology that he termed ‘covenant eschatology..." - further it says: "Max R. King (born 1930) is the founder of the school of thought known as Transmillennialism..." -- So as you can see, Max King most certainly IS credited as the "founder" of the "full preterist" movement.

  • Excellent 101 History of Hyperpreterism (aka Full-Preterism) in all its forms

  • @cjnobile Hello, I am eager to hear your experience. Hyperpreterism leaves a lot of destruction in its wake and it is hard to believe that everything was just peachy when Max King began teaching this in his congregations. The story should be told so people can know what a destructive factor hyperpreterism is.

  • @thekingdomcomedotcom Hello, I am a former cofC person directly affected by the Kings. You may contact me at cjnobile@yahoo.com

  • @thekingdomcomedotcom I take it you saw my videos on preterist lies.

  • @Chewie576

Luther and the reformers were AGAINST folks like you hyperprets, except in his day they called you "Enthusiasts" (look it up). Hyperpreterism is not a "reformation", it is a rebellion. Luther and the other reformers DIDN'T oppose "the Church" -- they opposed PAPALISM. This is the problem with Mormonism to Hyperpreterism -- you guys think you are the new Luthers. Luther would reject your views as much as I am. Hyperpreterism is a cult in the most plain sense.

  • 1) according to this definition, you can also say that Martin Luther/John Calvin, and all of the reformers are cultists. This doesn't hold water. I don't have a "disdain" for a traditional view. Why can't a "traditional" view be wrong in some aspects, I'm not saying all aspects. Luther called out the church for their traditional false views. 2) What is wrong with preterists trying to hang out? It's called community, or "fellowship". 3) Preterists are always studying. nothing wrong there.

  • @Chewie576

The "tell-tale" signs are certainly present: 1) A disdain for the "traditional" or historical 2) Purposeful seclusion (many hyperprets only hang out on hyperpret sites) 3) Inordinate devotion to the system

And perhaps the one you are exhibiting the most, willfully unaware of events within the cult/movement -- such as not knowing what Frost is doing/saying. Frost is very important within the movement. P.S. No is is "afraid" of HP, rather we are disgusted with it.
