@Marcn3 thats only on full throttle. If your cruising at 200km/h, it would be much much less. A big factor for fuel economy is aero dynamics. I think Polo is the best value car on the market.

if you keep 200kmh in a trip, you'll fiil up your tank every 150km-200km wau!!
I'm waiting to get the new polo gti 2010, and I hope its consumption would be better...
