Amazing Grace at Pinecrest, CA

May 22nd, 2010, Pinecrest, CA at the McGrady Cabin I played pipes while it was snowing. The altitude and cold made playing the pipes more tricky than usual. The top hand was difficult to play in tune, the wood contracted making all the stocks much tighter than usual, and the altitude of course takes some of your breath away, but... it was fun. Fun playing pipes around the bonfire while it was snowing. The video quality is pretty low resolution unfortunately, but it was a memorable experience. I played many other tunes, but the weather, cold and altitude affects show a lot more on those videos. Video was shot by my friend Ken.

yea i was up there then, and there was snow on the ground, but it wasnt actually snowing. thats crazy:)
