He was with the man sitting on the dirt bike in the background. They pretended to be in the market to buy a dirt bike and didn't know which model to buy. The kid asked if he could ride the victims dirt bike to see if it was the type he wanted to buy. Since he was with an adult it looked legit. Then he rode away and never returned. Then the man promised to go get kid and bring him back but never returned. It was all a con.

You said Bloody Pond are you talking about the Bloody Pond that is in northern Anne Arundel Co MD? The last time I went there the cops through us out, I think that there is a recycling station there now.
