As a Sharks fan, I'd say Demers clearly deserved a charging penalty, he left his feet. Wasn't particularly dangerous though (unlike Stoll's) so I can't see much more than that.

The NHL has always had it out for the kings.....remember the game at Ottawa when smyth redirected a shot for a goal that was waved off even though his stick was CLEARLY below the crossbar. Psh...FIX YOUR SHIT GARY!

@jcpage exactly. If it was head first contact it would = a suspension. He makes contact with his shoulder first which would just deem a 2 minute minor penalty. Which was missed.
