You can't, yet - the game is still under development and is aimed to be released in October, 2008. You'll be able to buy it from video game stores or online.

if you are order you may travel to any order faction you choose of might be a long travel if you have to walk look at that map same with destruction

Are members of Destruction and Order able to cross into their allies' starting zones?

That is, if I were to roll a Chaos Chosen, would I be able to quest in the Dark Elf starting area with a friend who rolled a Disciple of Khaine or vice versa?
