Definitely the best version of this aria and I'll tell you why: she floats those High As like nothing. Any soprano who's attempted this aria will agree with me: those As can kick your ass.

I love Barbara's voice. She has such purity. I don't know why Americans hype up the likes of Callas and Fleming so much. To my mind, Barbara has a purity of voice like few others. I think Deanna Durbin had the same qualities too. Am I missing something?
