Arcade Fire wins the big Juno award of the night, album of the year, for their album The Suburbs. Richard Reed Parry takes the mic and thanks Neil Young for his earlier praise of the band and their performance of "Rococo".

@kratos more of a gesture of excitement rather than a surprise, really. arcade fire won the award facing off justin bieber who I agree doesn't deserve to win anything but does for many times. it just makes winning a lot sweeter.
