WOW!! I gotta admit, that im no expert in economics, but this was surely interesting. Now im wondering, why this kind of information never is shown on TV? This should be a mandatory movie in schools.

Seriously, if you like how this movie handles the subject of economy. Google "Zeitgeist Addendum", you can watch it on Google Videos or in parts right here on Youtube. Make sure it's the "Addendum" movie too, as there's two with similar names. It's gonna blow your mind, haha. :) It gives an insight to how money works, its purpose and above all, where we'd be without it.

I dont think you understand the Social Credit proposals.

The gold supply or whatever commodity used would be JUST as falsifiable, they could lie about that too, who would know how much is really in the vault?

GDP as a whole, however, is independently calculatable and confirmable, and it wouldnt have to be super-exact, even, the system has a high tolerance for that.

There arent any taxes under a social credit system, per se, the government spends money into existence.
