Hi Mr. Mug. Just watched your video. Curious about some things and hoping you can answer my questions!! First off, wondering what the purpose of the first exercise you do in the video is (for warm up). Also just wondering if you can explain to me what the headstand to handstand pushups are for and what they help you to accomplish!

@Bwhitefit sure. What I do for my warm up is I work on my middle splits, the push ups are to help speed up my body in the warm up process. I do it 3 times and I go down further every time I repeat this. The backward headstand (hollow back) to handstand helps me with my shoulder strength and I'm working on my balance. If you do certain sports like Cross fit it does help you, or if your into bboying that's called Freeze conditioning. Hope this helps. Give them a try.
