Me doing a front handspring. I know this is not good, so I'm going to fix it so that I can connect it to a front tuck.

Now I have to work on:
1) Keep the back arched until the landing and never bend the body at the hip.
2) Keep looking ground till the last minute.
3) Throw the back leg faster, kick the other harder and keep legs straight.
4) Keep arms aside the head.

I have a long way to go on this move.

  • I do it all the time!

  • @BoJigglebum i know this may seem wierd but i learned by getting balance and arm strength so if you do a hand stand and bend your arms like push ups but your in a handstand that really helps and then if you have a trampoline do cartwheels and roundoffs and a landing split that really does help and you get alot of stamina for when you go to my skill level which is level 10 but yeah thats what i did but i learned this when i was like 5 so its gonna take a while for your mussels to adjust

  • @penlide1 i know im in level 10 and alot of people wonder why i work so many into my floor routines but they make the routine polished and are very fun and help prep for back tucks and double arabians and i like to do it when i do my split landing

  • @lovelollipopper howd u learn? i always land on my butt lol

  • @daltonroxsox24 she's

  • I can do this. Very easy

  • Keep taping 7 he's a bunny

  • good

  • more block, tighter body, and more heal drive before you try to connect a front tuck with it, unless you can do a standing front then your fine. Just some advice :) good luck

  • Ninja! :P
