@robinhood3443 your counter-argument is flawed. Can anyone prove the Earth isn't being supported on the back of a giant turtle? No. As for people turning away from God, belief in God has led to so-called "heretics" being burned alive for not supporting the idea of the Pope, the inquisition, the crusades, and the torture and murder of millions over milennia. Number of christians in the world? countless. Number who actually follow the teachings of Christ? Almost none.

@robinhood3443 im afraid that isn't how logic works. You don't get to assert whatever you want and make other people prove it wrong. I can say i believe in a magical space bunny called ted that made us all. the fact you cant disprove doesn't make it true. you have to submit evidence for something first. also im trying to keep religion out of politics, thats why i dont want sunday to be the sabbath. hes the one supporting the legislation of his religious beliefs, not me

At some time in the future, when it is undeniable by anybody that planet Earth has been destroyed, and it's a matter of months until life ends, people will look back at stuff like this and ask the question: how the hell did it happen that the world was run by such idiots for thousands of years; by lying politicians, mad dictators, greedy capitalists, psychologically-deficient religious groups? If sane, sensible, rational people don't act now to end this tyrrany, that time will be quite soon.
