@Rudy61287 - You're right. Kelsey Grammer said that by the time Shelley Long did her guest stint on "Frasier", the two had put aside their differences and were on much friendlier terms...
Pity that Shelley's career kind of evaporated after the 80's. She continued to work steadily and even had a surprise box office hit in the mid 90's thanks to "The Brady Bunch Movie", but in the last ten years, things haven't gone so well for her. Hope she finds her second wind cause she is really good.....

@woohooboy It was very big of them *both*, considering all that, to make an episode of "Frasier" together (with her reprising her role as Diane) many years later. Perhaps they put the differences behind them.
