I was thinking about the New Behaviour Generator after teaching it to a few people, and this little improv came out of my guitar.
If you're not familiar with this useful strategy, there is a description by Robert Dilts at: http://www.nlpu.com/Patterns/patt16.htm.
The vamp is essentially the New Behaviour Generator wrapped up in a song. It's very rough and completely improvised, and I wouldn't normally post something this rough, but I like the feeling and the lighting. The slightly hungover morning look also has a certain charm.
When I did the eye movements, I discovered something interesting about video that I had never noticed before (or perhaps it is just the program that I was using - PhotoBooth). When I look up to my right, it actually appears in the video that I am looking up to my left. The video program reverses the picture. So for example, when I look into Vc, it looks to the viewer as if I am actually going to Vr. And that works very well because as the viewer follows my eyes into the top right of the picture, they are going into Vc (the same accessing cue as me). That makes it much much easier to make videos like this. Rather than remembering to direct the viewer's eyes, I just need to follow my own natural movements (which is much easier).
