Its John Walker. If you YouTube "Walker Brothers - The sun ain't gonna shine anymore 1965" You'll see him performing with Scott. He is also at the tail end of this clip after "These Boots" which leads into "The sun ain't gonna shine anymore". Its part of the same show.
