@ShizoluckyShizostar There all essentially the same, hell the zr1 has the same crank shaft and a silverado 5.3 (obviously the zr1's is stronger).

@kowclubproductions I know. 5.5l is most likely to be a downsized LS7.R, but the ZR1 was used for homologation. So it's officially based on that motor, despite not having forced induction, AFAIK they even used the LS9 naming of the ZR1.

@isaiah213 If your road corvette sounded like that you wouldnt/couldnt drive it on the street for 3 reasons: 1)It wouldnt be legal 2)The cam would be so big you couldnt drive it in traffic 3) you couldnt take it anywhere cause everyone would hate you for being so so loud
