Nabi Tablet: Quick Demo of Nabi App Store & Mommy Mode

This was a request, to see Nabi's App Store. I also show you a bit of Mommy Mode, and how to get to it.

Also, what to expect after resetting Kids Mode,,, You with have to sign back in to your Nabi account, and the apps that you dragged to the main screen with just be back in your app menu/app drawer. You will just have to add them back to the main screens. :)

To get the original blue wallpaper back, you need to reset the data in Kids Mode. To do this, while IN Kids Mode NOT from mommy mode, pull up your menu as if you were going to go to Mommy Mode, but instead of selecting Mommy Mode, select "Device Settings" right next to it. Go into Settings>Applications>Manage Apps> select the "All" tab, find Kids Mode, open it, and choose to "Clear Data" in kids Mode. This will reset Kids Mode, and give you your original Nabi wallpaper back in kids mode!

I just tried the the abc mouse.com, and you can get to it on the Nabi Tablet, from the Browser, in Mommy Mode. :)

The site also mentions Apps, and I did see them in my iPhones App store, and I'm going to go see if they are in the Android market! Thanks for mention of this site! :)

Hi, wondering about the camera..after taking pics can they play around with them? ex. add a mustache or a hat to make them funny.. or maybe there's an App for that?

@missmadlove14 I dont think it can be done right from the gallery, but I'm sure you could do it in a drawing app that allows it.. :)

Great Video. Do you think you could post a video about the maxthon web browser and its capabilities? For example, does nabi support adobe flash, and if it's able to play flash games, like the ones on nickjr.com. Also, I was wondering if the app store was the official google android app store. Thanks, I emjoyed your review!

@keeponmoving123 Nabi reps on their FB page state that they were not able to preload the Android Market because they did not get Android Certified because it requires that they do not modify the interface, or have any other markets available.. But like I previously mentioned, you can download it from the web, onto the Nabi in Mommy Mode (Full Adult interface)..

Nabi does have adobe flash, I believe, and yes, you will be able to go to other websites such as Nick.jr.. The Nabi App Store is its own app store, they do not have the Android Market app store readily available to you as an app, but you can downloaded it via the web, including Amazon's App store.. :) For more information, and to have all and any questions asked, please visit Nabi's Facebook page. :)
