I don't know... Jumpin' Jive? They aren't talking about Benzedrine are they. The WW2 British epithet "jumped-up Yank" was, so... Anyway, it kind of sounds like it, hep! hep! The war on drugs didn't start until - what - 1971? ...with any seriousness, that is. Maybe when a president resigns in disgrace facing criminal charges they should un-do all of his legislationings. After Watergate you'd think the rest of his actions under a shadow of suspicion, too. Just a passing thought. Oh, well.
