Chant group Psallentes, with another performance of the antiphon 'Caritas Pater est'. The five singers are, from left to right, Paul Schils, Hendrik Vanden Abeele, Conor Biggs, Philippe Souvagie and Lieven Deroo. Sixth singer Pieter Coene could not be present at this particular occasion.
Chant group Psallentes was founded by Hendrik Vanden Abeele in 2000, with the aim to explore the performance practice and the repertoire of late medieval plainsong.
Recorded at Carolus Borromeus church, Antwerp, Belgium.
