Try ePSXe instead. It's way more fun if you can really play a game instead of watching slowmo while listening to glitching music. Modern console emulators need fast cpu to run efficiently

Well..
1) Your on a netbook that most likely has a CPU of less than 2.0 GHz
2)Using Windows 7 which means you only get a small part of your PC to use.
3) Add more RAM. That would help too.

ram means amlmost nothing in emulation

@sonic123450 Dolphin so far wont work at full speed on a netbook. Although it runs faster on my netbook. About 1/3 speed. Which his is like 1/10th speed.

it lags cus maybe you have little bit of ram :D if u upgrade u r ram i bet that game would run like a jet :D

@QWERTYCommander well duh. In fact, on high end laptops (like hp pavilion or alienware laptops) it can run at about 100 fps!
