    the dog was not drowning. you could see it was swimming, it just couldnt get out of the pool. if the dog was drowning the owner wouldve saved it.. so chill out

    Its a dogs natural instinct to know how to swim.. in reality there was no threat to the puppy besides not being able to get himself out of the pool. calm yourself.
