@DrunkyMcSwervencrash The ultimate goal is to completely stop it obviously, but one thing they have already accomplished is they have put a noticeable dent in the overall whaling industry profits, if they can reduce all profit (so they spend more on hunting than they make on whale meat) then they will have no desire to hunt for whale meat.

I absolutely agree on your first statement. However you provided images fitting to your point of view ignoring any other possibilities. Also your "common sense" seems to end where other opinions start However your major unlogical argument may be this: If SSCS is a violent terror organisation as u like to claim, why they aren't banned in the US?

@maroon83 because the world is full of suckers. who absolutely refuses to listen to reason or see flaws in their own arguments, for the sake of the instant gratification that violence provides. i've already provided solid evidence and logical arguments as to why sscs are guilty of violence against human beings and you've failed to comprehend or even come up with decent counter-arguments. i'm not going to repeat myself for the 10th time so that you can ignore common sense yet again.

Still you can't provide any "evidence" which shows clearly that only human being has been hurt by direc SSCS actions. Sorry. Not good enough. Also your MSDS tells absolutely nothing due to the fact neither you or me know exactly about the acid's concentration.

Btw I never denied that some actions were per se violent. But to repeat over and over: No violence towards humans. To make it short: IF SSCS is sooooo bad why they are still at large and growing stronger?

@maroon83 I provided irrefutable evidence consisting of photos & footage that CLEARLY show SSCS ramming the tuna pen with human beings on it. The other footage I referred to CLEARLY show SSCS members throwing bottles of butyric acid inches/feet away from human beings. I also referred to MSDS reports on butyric acid (created by scientists who aren't affiliated with any group). You don't have to be "involved" in any incident, you just need your eyes & brain to see that SSCS tactics are violent.

How can u possibly know that? Were you at the briefings, or even on board ANY vessel involved to this? I have to admit I wasn't at the divine wind campaign.

I can only say that the orders in the past were quite clear: NOT to throw if there was any danger of hurting humans.

I think it's very unlikely that this happens to me and my car (especially because I usually don't drive in any whale sanctuaries with a harpoon mounted on my hood).

@revron77 Of course I came up with a concept that included violence – Sea Shepherd is violent. It’s called an analogy.

I did not make a presumption of where you’re from. I chose cow and chicken off the top of my head because they’re eaten pretty much everywhere in the world and because of the South Park joke. Do you ever feel uncomfortably making presumptions about other people making presumptions? Kind of like you’re setting yourself up?

But I did make a valid point and when you couldn't reply with anything constructive you right away came up with a concept that included violence and a presumption that due to where I am from I must some how fit the culiture... because when your fighting a issue of culiture.. its hard for people like you not maybe make a link that does not involve where my brith rights lay...
