i'm sorry but Dean went to HELL for Sam, or has he forgotten that? How could he possibly try to kill his big brother? Dean has done nothing but try and take care of him! Sure Dean was a little mean calling him a monster, but he was RIGHT!

I think it's amazing how Dean even found him. Sam completely changed his routine and everything so Dean couldn't find him, but Dean knew Sam would do that and still found him. Truly amazing.

this was a great and heart-wrenching scene. Anyway, does anyone know if there are any vids that are clips of Dean yelling at Sam? I've found a few individual scenes, but I've been looking for a vid or two with several of those scenes in a row. I suppose it seems odd, but I love how Dean looks out for him and admonishing is important. thanks :)

@turntojade I agree. I think in a way, it was a good thing all of this happened. Because as Sam points out to Dean later, he's not a kid anymore. Instead of bossing him around, there are times he has to give Sam the benefit of the doubt or at least hear him out. Dean's his big brother and he loves him to pieces, but he's not their dad. And that very same attitude is what drove Sam away in the first place. On the side note, I must say, that was one hell of an ass whipping he gave him lol.

Sam and Dean have gotten into fights before, but nothing like that! I understand why Dean doesnt trust Sam anymore. Choosing a demon over his own brother? thats pretty low. I still love Sam to death, but it annoyed me that he was SO wreckless with trusting Ruby!

I really hate the person Sammy's become in season 4. He used to be a sweetheart. Here he's all "I'm the strongest, I'm special" etc. But I think it was Dean's death that changed him the most, not Ruby or anything. I mean, he changed his attittude completely during the months Dean spent in hell. And I can't really blame him, even if it's so heartbreaking to Dean and all of us.
