This is part 1 of 3 of videos of Continental Airlines Economy/Coach food service from Newark EWR to Hong Kong HKG on the Boeing 777-200ER. We had menus in English and Chinese. This is the food service right after take-off. All the food is free too.

I had:

APPETIZER SALAD
Fresh lettuce with cucumber, hard-boiled egg and smoked Alaskan salmon
Offered with buttermilk ranch dressing
Dinner roll with butter

MAIN COURSES
TAN CHIN BEEF
Short rib of beef and spicy Ta Chin accompanied by steamed rice, red bell pepper and bok choy

DESSERT
Cookie
