  • The best Poo bah.

  • I'd have to say, of all ther versions I've seen of Mikado and this song, this both has the best performence and best costumes.

    Thanks for posting

  • @oakwoodbank Totally agree - I'm not familiar with any of his other work, but his sense of physical comedy is great in this, and combined with that deadpan-serious expression, he's fall-down-laughing funny

  • Good rendition..and the clothes are right for Japan, too!

  • Thumbs up if the tall guy kinda scares you

  • @Minoushe15 Forget best Poo-bah, they actually have a Pish-tush!

  • I wish "I've got a little list" was posted as well!

  • I actually ran into Richard McMillan today! What a lovely man!

  • To...

Sit in solemn silence in a dull dark dock

in a pestilential prison with a life-long lock

awaiting the sensation of a short sharp shock

from a cheap and chippy chopper on a big black block

  • What a wonderful Pooh Bah is Richard McMillan. I was brought up on Kenneth Sandford but RM brings a different dimension to the part - his movement is so amazing and is a refreshing change for a me as a traditionalist.

  • @oboewizard I agree. The xylophone is particularly weird.
