Him saying black people isn't why people are saying he's racist. Him insinuating the black people are the main recipients of welfare (which is something racists have been doing for years) when the majority of people on welfare are white is why people think he's a racist.

what cracks me up the most about Rick is while hes bashing people on government assistance, he was Robbing PA Taxpayers in both the Bonusgate scam as well as Living in Virginia and collecting tax dollars to send his kids to private schools..

Rick also voted for the Bailout scam that gave trillions of taxpayer dollars to the biggest banks and corporations to party on.

I looked into this expecting you'd be wrong. You were right. But just barely. As of 2010, 31.9% of TANF (welfare) recipients were black. 31.8% were white. That's a difference of a tenth of a percent. Historically the black percentage has been higher (the black and white percentages in 200 were 38.6% and 31.2% respectvely), but it's gone steadily down in the last decade.
