How to make pickled garlic and why.

Benefits:
- Garlic boosts immune system, antiseptic.
- Maintains healthy blood cholesterol level.
- Lower high blood pressure.

Pickled garlic recipes:

Peel 3 to 5 bulbs of garlic put the cloves in a jar
cover them with soya sauce (shoyu or tamari)
cover with a lid and put store in the fridge

ready inearly as 1 to 2 weeks

you can cook with garlic, drink garlic tea or
my kids love it eating raw garlic!

Pickling garlic this way is an delicious and inexpensive way to preserve garlic. Garlic recently jumped in price (like all things) by 100%. This 'cooking technique' is one way for you to stock pup on garlic when it's abundant and cheap.

The soy sauce is left with a delicious garlic flavor, so unlike using salt, this pickling recipe is waste free - cook with your garlic soy sauce as you would regular soy sauce.
