  • How do treat sinkenessis?

  • @marilumeza801 You AVOID getting it in the first place! Once you HAVE IT... I don't think it ever REALLY goes away... unless you get surgery? I don't even know if that could do it!?!? My experience is that once you have it, you HAVE IT!

To avoid getting it... allow your face ample time to heal on it's own, no additional stress/stimulation for the first month or longer! Patience!!!!

  • i am forced to wrinkle my nose boz i just don't feel comfortable every time with my nose ..

  • Four weeks on from my diagnosis and my face looks normal to most people, but i still get a few aches and pains in my cheek and things aren't fully back to normal. Your updates are great and yours was the best advice i got, about not panicking and trying to let my body heal in its own time. I took the steroids and anti viral tablets my doctor prescribed and tried not to worry , and rest as much as possible. Small steps but i am getting there.

  • My neurologist recommended reiki and he said do NOT do facial exercises. Have you tried reiki? I am battling my second bout in my life @ 60 days (today!). I should NOT look as symmetrical as I do. My face is still drawn up on the palsy side. I have the eye bulge, but the brows and lips are back (lower lip almost there!) Have you been applying a hot compress to that nerve, sweetie? You have been battling this for too long, you beautiful brave girl!!! Connect with me via email. Awesome whistling!
