The reason he does these in glue instead of resins is simple. He wants flexible suits. His guyver suit is able to peel back its chest realistically as in the anime using these babies.
Also this face hugger...it flops around looking more organic than stiffer cast resins and more bouncy and realistic than foams.

Seriously, hasn't this guy ever heard of a double boiler? Throw the sticks in and melt, then pour. MUCH easier than squeezing dozens of sticks through cheap glue guns.

This method is ok for small objects perhaps. but really isnt thermoforming or injection molding. also given the cost of glue guns and time and glue. its not worth it. Basic knowledge of using resin or urethane would comeplete the job in 10 mins and be far stronger. low temp glue will get sticky in hot sun even not 2 mention air bubbles from boiling glue. cost wise youd be better 2 lubricate the mold and even pour polyester resin frm walmart

it's really early work, I don't use that method anymore, takes too long, this was before I found out that you can melt a large batch in a non stick pot. Thanks
